"Most nights I struggle with distress about my future and think too much about the past, sometimes feeling traumatized and sad. But Kensho's therapy helps me overcome these feelings and clears my vision. It doesn't judge me. Instead, it listens, offers guidance, and stays with me until I feel happy again."

How does a session work?

Three quiet steps. No forms, no waiting room.

Therapy is paced. Kensho matches that pace — from the first hello to the moment you decide to hang up.

01

A soft hello

Sign in, then tap to begin. Kensho introduces itself, asks how you're feeling, and listens without rushing — no long forms, no waiting room.

02

The right agent finds you

Need to talk something through? Want a five-minute breath? In distress? Kensho hands you to the agent best suited — fading, not cutting.

03

You decide when to leave

Hang up any time. No "are you sure?" traps. Bangladesh crisis lines are one tap away before, during, and after every call.

Who am I talking to?

Four agents. One continuous conversation.

Kensho is four specialised agents in one continuous call: a therapist, a psychologist, a mindfulness coach, and crisis support. Each has a single job — done well. Hand-offs feel like a friend introducing you to someone they trust, not a transfer line.

Therapist

The voice you start with
Always on

Reflective, paced, and CBT-informed. Asks the questions that help you hear yourself, stays in the silence between them, and brings in a specialist when you need one. Speaks in your detected language.

Psychologist

For understanding where you are

Runs brief, opt-in check-ins — the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 — with your consent, explains what the results mean, and notes how things shift between sessions.

Mindfulness Coach

For settling the body

Box breathing, body scans, grounding, sleep wind-downs. Five minutes or twenty — guided at your tempo.

Crisis Support

When you need it now
Helpline ready

Stays calm, stays with you, and can connect you to a human counselor on a Bangladesh helpline the moment you ask.

What can Kensho actually do?

More than a conversation.

Kensho does the practical work a good session needs — screening, resources, referrals, and a way out to a human — without ever losing the thread of what you're feeling.

Validated screeners

Runs the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 — the same depression and anxiety questionnaires clinicians use — only with your consent. Scores are explained in plain words and tracked so you can see how things shift between sessions.

A real safety net

If a moment turns dark, a crisis specialist steps in — offers the right hotline, builds a short safety plan with you, and can warm-transfer you to a human counselor on the line the moment you ask.

Real-time web search

Looks things up live — a therapist in your city, a current helpline number, an evidence-based technique — instead of guessing.

Book a real appointment

Found a provider you like? It sends a Google Calendar invite to your email, date and time confirmed out loud first.

Multilingual support

Speak whichever language comes naturally — it works out which one you are using and can switch mid-conversation, while each specialist keeps its own natural voice.

Hears how you feel

Senses tone and distress in your voice in real time, so it can slow down and soften when you need it.

Remembers you

Opt in and it carries your history forward — the people you mention, what you worked on — so you never start from scratch.

Finds help nearby

From your location: the closest clinic, pharmacy, or a quiet green space — with real travel time and directions.

What does a session look like?

What you see while talking.

The screen does as little as possible — just enough to know you're heard, who you're talking to, and how to leave.

You: I keep replaying that conversation from yesterday.
Therapist: What part comes back the loudest?
You: I think it's the silence after I spoke…
01

Agent state, large and calm

"Listening," "Thinking," "Speaking" — announced via aria-live and never alarming.

02

A breathing orb, not a waveform

The orb expands at 4-second breath cycles. Reduced motion? It quiets to a static disc.

03

Mute is the obvious one

Big, central, single-tap. The end-call button sits to the side — never adjacent — so you can't hang up by accident.

04

A way out, always

The Bangladesh helpline link sits under every screen — including this call — reachable without login.

Is it private?

Privacy is not a feature. It's a prerequisite.

Encrypted in transit

Every session is encrypted on the wire with DTLS-SRTP and TLS at every network hop.

Your data, your call

Transcripts are saved only if you opt in. Delete everything with one tap — no hidden retention period.

Only what you choose to share

Sign in with just an email — nothing else is required. Add a continuity profile for memory across calls, or leave every detail blank.

Held in confidence

Your conversations are treated with the discretion you'd expect from a therapist's office — private to you, never sold, and never shared without your say-so.

Honest answers

What people ask before they begin.

What is Kensho?

Kensho is a multi-agent AI voice assistant for mental wellbeing. You talk; a therapist agent listens and, when it helps, brings in a psychologist for validated check-ins, a mindfulness coach for settling the body, or crisis support. It runs in the browser and follows the language you speak.

Is Kensho a replacement for therapy?

No, and we don't try to be. Kensho sits alongside a therapist or counselor for the moments in between — late nights, hard commutes, the spike before a difficult conversation.

Is my conversation private?

Every call is encrypted in transit with DTLS-SRTP and TLS. Transcripts are saved only if you opt in, you can delete everything with one tap, and nothing is sold or shared without your say-so. Signing in needs just an email.

What languages do you support?

Multilingual language support. The agent works out which language you are speaking within the first few seconds and follows you from there, including if you switch mid-conversation. You can also set your language up front from the menu or your profile.

What are the PHQ-9 and GAD-7?

Standard depression (PHQ-9) and anxiety (GAD-7) questionnaires — the same ones clinicians use. Kensho's psychologist agent runs them only with your consent, explains the score in plain words, and tracks how it shifts between sessions.

Will the agent know about my last call?

Only if you've turned on a continuity profile. Without it, every call starts fresh — nothing from past calls carries over.

Can Kensho help in a crisis?

It can stay with you, offer the right helpline, build a short safety plan, and warm-transfer you to a human counselor the moment you ask. It is not a substitute for crisis care — the Bangladesh helplines above are there for that.

What if I'm in danger right now?

Please call Kaan Pete Roi (+880 1779-554391) or your local emergency number.
